before an exam,u worry abt how are u going to complete mugging the never ending pile of notes to get good grades.during the exam,u find urself mugging till the wee hours of the morning just to make sure u complete the mugging of the notes,even if u noe u won't get good grades.after an exam,after seeing-doing the papers,u worry about ur grades.such exam woes,when undergoing reaction with the on-going world cup,simply give u more woes.

HOWEVER,all the worries abt the also on-going mid yr exams shall come to an abrupt halt.all previous papers were demoralising.today was demoralising.tmr is recharge and last-attempt-to-salvage-ur-exam day.friday is the day.physics's the last paper standing.WC quater finals will be underway.germany will play argentina.italy will play ukraine.england will play portugal.BRAZIL will play france in a repeat of the 98 WC finals.so a timely time for the exams to end.way to go!

sleepless nights

look.it's the morning i know.but i did not just woke up.i didn't bloody sleep!just finish watching the england sweden game lol.i tried to study yesterday after lunch but ended up sleeping till nearly 6pm.maybe tt's why i'm still pretty much awake...anyway sleepless nights like this is not unusual during this world cup period.i've been watching plenty of matches considering tt i do not have cable;)
back from the famine camp!valuable lessons were picked up during the camp besides all the fun.it was definitely more than just starving for 30 hours.a camp tt is worth all the time in my schedule:)oya...stayed up the whole night during the camp to fold paper cranes and chit-chat with my classmates!first time in my life i folded paper cranes lol.wat's more?it's all for a gd cause:)
went to shaun's place for bbq with zzy immediately after the camp!ha!really nice of the usual suspects already at shaun's place to cook up and save the food for us,and also paying for the cab fare just to make sure zzy and i don't miss the fun.THANK YOU THE USUAL SUSPECTS!you ppl know who you are:Dspent the night at shaun's place and fell asleep during the second half of the brazil australia game.went to replace my sim card tt went missing the previous night before going home.thank you marvin for lending me a hand in the recontruction of my phonebook!darn...my line's not activated yet...gonna call singtel later...
to add on to the action packed previous week...there was 30/06 outing at sentosa,pw farm visit + cook-and-eat-our-own-lunch at zhiwei's place,and 06s41 bbq at mahesha's place.i can't possibly use words to describe all of them as they are just...just too...well,i just can't use words can i?:)

mid-year crisis

talk about mid-life crisis.
but mid-year crisis comes first.and it's knocking on my door this year this month this day this time right now.
the holidays have been halved with time.tt means mid-yr examinations approaching in a couple of weeks time.mid-yr exam?wth is tt?i've never heard of it before for the past 4 yrs of my life la lol.so unfamiliar,so not used to studying during the june hols,so gonna screw up,so when am i gonna start?
for the first two wks,apart from attending hols lesson,i've only touched projectile motion for i dun wanna fail my physics.unfortunately,projectile motion is only a small part of one chapter of the many chapters that are tested lol.so much for "i dun wanna fail my physics".
exam work project work father's work all in a mess.but luckily my table's not.i've made it cohesive for studying for exams since the start of the hols but i haven't been making use of it.
registered for ns a couple of wks back.had to apply for deferment.or rather,i had a choice.the one that says not apply for deferment and get enlisted into the army immediately looks tempting.i pondered for nearly five minutes before clicking the submit button with the option made to apply for deferment,meaning tt i will still be stuck in school until after my a-levels...
seriously,i'm beginning to question my choice of entering a jc.all i know is that "i enter a jc to enter the university to...to...to...urm...get a job???".don't make much sense to me but seems to be tt way lol.sigh.i seem to be more interested in completing my father's stuff than starting to mug like a mugger.

for the first time in my life today,i had my first taste of Ben and Jerry's ice-cream lol.wasn't disappointing at all.chocolate fudge brownie(or izzit?) rocks!heavenly stuff for chocolate lovers like me.the coffee flavoured one is excellent too.however,they are sweet to the tongue and sour to the pocket:) BUT,i'll definitely buy Ben and Jerry's again.
walked around suntec today and all i see is SALE.quite gutted lehz.it's the great s'pore sale and i'm broke!what's more?i still want/need to get a handful of stuff!haha.luckily pap brought home stuff for me to do.potential source of income:D!work for what i want,save for what i want:)
one week of hols down!returning to school everyday nxt wk for lessons.how boring.then soon it will be mid yrs.definitely not looking forward to tt yea?
